Jay was an incredible help with our settlement visa application.

The complexity of the system and requirements, and the less than forthcoming nature of the resources available, seem to make it that you just require an experienced advisor - and in that Jay was impeccable.

From the off he was available and responsive to answer any and all questions, and work out with us what the best route to take would be (namely, for the Financial requirement).

After trying unsuccessfully by myself, pouring through endless appendixes and legal documents, having someone like Jay able to explain the intricacies and realities of certain sections and certain particularly "legalese" passages, was worth its weight in gold - and with the cost of a process like this, his fee was easily offset against the greater confidence we had in our application's validity and eventual success.

And we were successful!  And I am sure that a lot of that was down to Jay's solid advice and tireless work ethic - holding our hands through a couple very important moments, late into the night to accommodate our time zone.
