Flat Rate (fixed) Fees
We support our clients on a fixed fee basis and do not charge expensive hourly rates.
The flat rate is a fixed fee payment to cover all of the costs of handling your entire immigration application.
No matter how long it takes or how complex your case is, you receive the full value of our services at a one off fixed cost.
All of our clients receive unlimited face to face office, phone, skype and e-mail consultations with our immigration lawyers and advisors as we prepare and manage their case until a decision is reached.
No hidden fees or extra charges
Our professional legal fees are guaranteed rates and we do not charge our clients for standard office and administrative expenses linked with obtaining a fiancée or spouse visa, such as in country postage costs, telephone answering services, liaising with the immigration authorities and the other minor charges that other professional legal service firms routinely add.
If you choose us to handle your visa application, there will be no surprises, no frustrations and no hidden costs. We will be transparent with you from start to finish. Even if your cases requires extra work or takes longer than expected due to changes in the immigration regulations or delays in obtaining supporting evidence, we will be with you every step of the way and you will NOT be charged any additional fees.
All fees are quoted in a contract that we sign with all our clients.
Pay in Two Easy instalments
We normally provide clients with the option to pay our legal fees in two easy instalments, unlike most other immigration law consulting firms that charge the full amount up front or have very expensive hourly rates.
The remaining balance is due once your visa application is ready to be submitted to the Home Office / British Embassy.
